1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdx8 ("bdx8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at bdx8.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdx8 platform — including its sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, or any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdx8 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.1 Amendments

bdx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdx8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming operations. bdx8 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the bdx8 platform is lawful in their location prior to registering or placing any wager.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account at bdx8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period — whether self-imposed through bdx8 or imposed through any other gaming operator.
• You are not using the platform in a professional capacity on behalf of any third party unless explicitly authorised in writing by bdx8.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bdx8 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless prior written permission has been granted.
• You are not depositing funds that originate from unlawful activity.

2.1 Age Verification

bdx8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the player's account lifecycle — at registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any point where a reasonable suspicion of underage access arises. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until age verification is completed to bdx8's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be withheld.

Any account found to have been registered by a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to that account will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings generated will be void and forfeited. bdx8 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold one single account on the bdx8 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdx8 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdx8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdx8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdx8 support immediately at [email protected] or via live chat.

bdx8 will never ask you for your full password via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from bdx8 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards, bdx8 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of the registered bKash wallet). KYC information is handled in accordance with bdx8's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdx8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdx8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to selected Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via Rocket or Upay: ৳300
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500
• Deposits are credited to the player's bdx8 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of payment confirmation, depending on the payment provider.
• bdx8 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits. Any transaction fee applied by the mobile wallet or bank provider is the player's responsibility.
• bdx8 reserves the right to decline a deposit transaction if it suspects the funds originate from unlawful activity or if the transaction triggers an AML flag.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. bdx8 aims to process withdrawal requests within five minutes for bKash and Nagad wallets during standard operating conditions. Withdrawal times for bank transfers vary depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (all methods)
• First-time withdrawals require completion of the KYC verification process.
• bdx8 charges no platform-side withdrawal fee. Third-party fees from mobile wallet providers or banks may apply.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account has pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled.
• bdx8 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request, particularly those above ৳50,000.

5 Bonus & Promotions

bdx8 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by bdx8 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount a player must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must place total wagers of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated on each bonus page.
• Bonuses have a time limit within which wagering requirements must be met. If the time limit expires before requirements are fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Placing bets below the minimum eligible bet threshold for a bonus may not count toward wagering requirements. Minimum bet thresholds are specified per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bdx8 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and fraudulent exploitation of promotional offers. If bdx8 determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, bdx8 reserves the right to void any bonus balance and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently exclude the player from future promotions. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors in game software.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonuses

Players may request the removal of an active bonus from their account prior to completing wagering requirements. In such cases, any bonus balance and associated winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. The player's real-money balance will remain unaffected. Requests to remove a bonus should be made to the bdx8 support team via live chat or email.

6 User Obligations

By using the bdx8 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, withdrawal of winnings, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

• You will use the bdx8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from bdx8.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the bdx8 software, website, or game content.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the bdx8 platform in a non-human manner, whether for betting, account creation, or any other purpose.
• You will not engage in, facilitate, or assist any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion in connection with any market offered by bdx8.
• You will not use the bdx8 platform as a mechanism for money laundering or any other form of financial crime.
• You will not use abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward bdx8 staff or other platform users in any support channel.
• You will promptly notify bdx8 if you become aware of any technical error, game malfunction, or pricing error on the platform — and you will not deliberately exploit such errors for financial gain.

6.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or erroneous credit to a player's account, bdx8 reserves the right to void affected bets and/or reclaim incorrectly credited amounts. bdx8 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such malfunctions, and winnings generated as a direct result of a known error are not valid and will be forfeited.

6.2 Player Responsibility for Tax

Players are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their gambling winnings in their country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction. bdx8 does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or report player winnings to any tax authority on behalf of players.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdx8 platform — including but not limited to the bdx8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and the overall look and feel of bdx8.app — is the intellectual property of bdx8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdx8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the bdx8 platform without prior written permission.
• Use the bdx8 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any bdx8 content, software, or design elements.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the bdx8 platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Game content available on the bdx8 platform is provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each provider retains full intellectual property rights over their respective game titles. bdx8 does not own these games and does not make any warranty regarding their uninterrupted availability.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdx8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful behaviour.
• The player has engaged in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation.
• The player is, or bdx8 reasonably suspects the player to be, under the age of 18.
• The account is being operated by a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent a voluntary exclusion.
• A regulatory or law enforcement body requires the account to be frozen or closed.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to permanently close their bdx8 account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Accounts with an active bonus balance will have the bonus forfeited at the time of closure, but real-money funds will be returned.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to make use of bdx8's self-exclusion tools. A self-exclusion request can be submitted via account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of six months, one year, or permanent exclusion are available. Once a self-exclusion is applied, bdx8 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account on the platform. 8.3 Outstanding Balance on Closure

Where bdx8 closes an account due to a material breach of these Terms, bdx8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of technical errors, bdx8 may void all associated transactions and winnings. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

For any formal legal enquiry, dispute, or complaint related to these Terms & Conditions, players should contact bdx8 in writing via email at [email protected]. bdx8 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within five working days. Players are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes informally through the support team before escalating to any formal dispute process.
